We provide specialized training and consulting services in internal and external customer care as well as focused management development workshops: customer service, customer care, channel management, direct sales, contact center are our fields of touching.
Our training workshops are different: we conduct workplace assessments prior to a training contract commencing.
We conduct assessments before, during and after a training with a follow up and feedback session within four to six weeks after the initial training session has taken place. Alternatively purchase your own train the trainer programme in customer care.
You can save up to 80% in outsourced fees by purchasing a training programme for internal training purposes.
We also provide management development programmes developed to assist managers in improving relationships with their staff, internal and external customers.
