Our membership and partnerships allows us to offer training and consultancy with more than 15 consultants in Italy. Our activities span different areas working with many types of organisation. econsultant® present in Italy from earlier 2000, is working in the field of training, marketing and manufacturing consultancy for small and medium enterprises and top organisations.
In Italy we are based in Milan; we are organised in 3 main areas which propose more than 100 different courses ranging from specific workplace skills to comprehensive management development programmes in different editions per year.
Our senior consultants led training and change initiatives for some of the world's largest employers and important Italian companies.
Many consultants are also coming from different European training Consultancy companies, with a recognised experience in the field of management training and coaching. Every consultant has also a professional job experience providing so a marketing and in-field approach through services and solutions. We develop Human Talent in Organizations through Coaching, Counseling, Facilitation and Empowerment

We introduce the benefits of a facilitation approach, in the context of global economic crisis. Facilitation, Creativity and Leadership are the only ways to produce innovation in professional and personal life such as Awareness to Action Methodology and Empowerment Based Leadership.
Our Workplace Experience With Companies
We were the first to propose interventions of counselling and facilitation in business. These were accompanied by coaching processes integrated by effective modalities of facilitation, empowerment and participatory ''team building''.
Central to our action is Productive Wellbeing®, seen as specific care aimed at personal and Group/Team wellbeing, as well as at actual empowerment of one's professional skills
To this purpose, forming and change management, in its different expressions, remain the basic pillars of our actions. We use also Relational problem solving® aimed at identifying counselling and coaching tools, suitable to cope with relations, teaching managers how to deal with internal coaching and improve one's team efficiency, while optimizing collaborator's proficiency.
